• Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools (like Google Analytics with IP anonymization) to understand user behavior and improve our platform.

• We receive limited data from broker APIs you connect to Trade WZRD for trade execution and account information, as well as from payment processors (Stripe) and analytics providers.

• Process webhooks from TradingView and other trading platforms.

3. How We Share Your Information

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• We may share information only in these limited cases:

• Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for platform analytics).

• Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, court order, or government request.

• Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be part of the transaction.

• Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information.

• We NEVER share: Your broker passwords or API keys with third parties, your trading strategies or performance data, your personal information with marketers or advertisers, or individual trade data with brokers (we only use API read/trade access).

• All third parties are required to protect your data and use it only for the intended purpose.

4. Data Retention

• We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services:

• Active account data: Stored while account is active.

• Trading history: Retained for 7 years for regulatory compliance.

• Deleted account data: Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

• Backup data: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

• You may request deletion of your account or data at any time by contacting privacy@tradewzrd.com.

• We may retain limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5. Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption: All data transmitted via 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS).

• Secure Storage: Broker API credentials encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

• Password Protection: Passwords hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text).

• Access Controls: Database access restricted to authorized personnel only with authentication mechanisms.

• Secure Infrastructure: AWS data centers that are SOC 2 Type II certified.

• Regular Audits: Security audits and penetration testing.

• While we work hard to safeguard your data, no online system is completely secure. You share information at your own risk.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data.

• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.

• Object to or restrict processing of your data.

• Export your complete trading history and account settings (data portability).

• Withdraw consent to marketing communications.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in (session management).

• Prevent security attacks (CSRF tokens).

• Analyze platform usage and performance.

• Remember preferences and settings.

• Track feature adoption and error rates (Google Analytics with anonymized IP).

• You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

• We do not use third-party advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking.

8. Third-Party Services

• Trade WZRD integrates with broker APIs (MT4, MT5, TradeLocker) and third-party services like Stripe for payments.

• We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.

• Please review their privacy policies before using their services.

When connecting to broker APIs, we only have read access (view balances, positions) and trade execution access (open/close positions). We do NOT have withdrawal access or access to personal information stored by your broker.

9. Children's Privacy

• Our Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have, we'll promptly delete it.

10. Compliance with Indian Laws

a. Information Technology Act, 2000

Trade WZRD complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Sensitive Personal Data: We collect and process sensitive personal data including financial information (broker account details), passwords, and biometric information (if applicable). We implement reasonable security practices as required under Indian law.

Data Retention: We retain your data in accordance with Indian legal and regulatory requirements.

b. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)

We are committed to complying with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Under this Act, you have the right to:

Access your personal data and obtain information about its processing.

Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Erase personal data (right to be forgotten), subject to legal retention requirements.

Withdraw consent for data processing.

Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

c. Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Compliance

While Trade WZRD is a technology platform and not a registered investment advisor or broker, we acknowledge that our users may be engaged in securities trading. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations and are not regulated by SEBI.

d. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Compliance

All payment processing complies with RBI guidelines. Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways.

11. International Data Transfers

• Your data may be stored on servers located outside India (AWS US-East Virginia, with backups in AWS EU-West Ireland). We ensure that such transfers comply with Indian data protection laws and that adequate security measures are in place.

• By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your data outside India for processing and storage.

• We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, laws, or security updates.

• The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date updated above.

• Continued use of Trade WZRD after changes constitutes acceptance.
