About the Pip Value Calculator
When trading forex, "pips" are the most basic unit of measure.
What is a Pip?
Pip stands for "percentage in point". A pip is the smallest value change in a currency pair's exchange rate.
- For most pairs: movement in the fourth decimal place (0.0001)
- For JPY pairs: movement in the second decimal place (0.01)
